Minsterstone were commissioned by Contractor Interserve to supply the reconstructed stone elements to underpin two major packages on the redevelopment of the MOD’s scheme termed DNRC, Loughborough.

The photo highlights the official opening by Prince William where the white reconstructed stone plinth and surrounds were cast by MS to allow the bronze statue to proudly sit above. The plinth in it own right cost £19,000.00 to produce and thus shows the skill and craftsmanship that goes into every piece we produce. In all over 600 No pieces were produced over 8 months to a very tight deadline.

The chosen mix design was again a Portland stone appearance which complimented the existing buildings and historic brickwork from the main Stamford Hall complex.
